Amazing Proofs that God inspired the Word Of God!!!

 When we study God’s Word there are 2 ways to interpret a name.  We can look at the meaning of the name in the Hebrew, Aramaic “which Jesus and Daniel used” or Greek.  We can also use the “Law of First Mention” which is how we define Seth’s name as “Appointed”.  In Genesis 4:25 Eve refers to Seth as appointed which is one of the meanings of the name Seth in Hebrew.


We are going to look at the meaning of Jacob’s 12 sons “who ultimately became the 12 tribes of Israel and compare it to the 12 tribes of Israel listed in Revelation 7 in this post.


I know that this will be a great blessing for you as it has been a great blessing for us in Kenya!!!!


Here we go.....Genesis 29:32-35 “Jacob’s First four sons”

And Leah conceived,  and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said,  Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me.

Gen 29:33 And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said,  Because the LORD hath heard that I was hated,  he hath therefore given me this son also: and she called his name Simeon.

Gen 29:34 And she conceived again,  and bare a son; and said,  Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have born him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi.

Gen 29:35 And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said,  Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.

Jacob’s first 4 sons along with the statements made: 

  1. Reuben-  The Lord has looked at my affliction
  2. Simeon- The Lord has heard that I was hated
  3. Levi- My husband will be joined to me now “The Lord is called Israel’s Husband in Isaiah 54:5 and in Hosea 2:7”
  4. Judah- Praise The Lord 


Jacob’s next 4 sons are in Genesis 30:6-13

Gen 30:6 And Rachel said,  God hath judged me, and hath also heard my voice, and hath given me a son: therefore called she his name Dan.

Gen 30:7 And Bilhah Rachel's maid conceived again, and bare Jacob a second son.

Gen 30:8 And Rachel said,  With great wrestlings have I wrestled with my sister, and I have prevailed:  and she called his name Naphtali.

Gen 30:9 When Leah saw that she had left bearing,  she took Zilpah her maid, and gave her Jacob to wife.

Gen 30:10 And Zilpah Leah's maid bare Jacob a son.

Gen 30:11 And Leah said,  A troop cometh:  and she called his name Gad.

Gen 30:12 And Zilpah Leah's maid bare Jacob a second son.

Gen 30:13 And Leah said,  Happy am I, for the daughters will call me blessed:  and she called his name Asher

Next four with statements made:

  1. Dan- God has judged me and heard me.
  2. Naphtali- with great wrestling I have prevailed 
  3. Gad- a troop cometh 
  4. Asher- Happy and Blessed am I 


Jacob’s next 3 sons Genesis 30:18-25

Gen 30:18 And Leah said,  God hath given me my hire, because I have given my maiden to my husband: and she called his name Issachar.

Gen 30:19 And Leah conceived again, and bare Jacob the sixth son.

Gen 30:20 And Leah said,  God hath endued me with a good dowry; now will my husband dwell with me, because I have born him six sons: and she called his name Zebulun.

Gen 30:21 And afterwards she bare a daughter, and called her name Dinah.

Gen 30:22 And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb.

Gen 30:23 And she conceived,  and bare a son; and said,  God hath taken away my reproach:

Gen 30:24 And she called his name Joseph; and said,  The LORD shall add to me another son

Next 3 with statements made 

  1. Issachar- God hath given me my hire “hire means reward”
  2. Zebulun- God hath endued “means endured” me with a good dowry “the root of dowry also means endured” now will my husband dwell with me “remember that The Lord is called Israel’s husband”
  3. Joseph- The Lord shall add to me 


Jacob’s last son Genesis 35:17-19 

Gen 35:17 And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour,  that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also.

Gen 35:18 And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing,  (for she died)  that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.

Gen 35:19 And Rachel died,  and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem

Just before Rachel goes to be with The Lord she has Benjamin, but no statement is made about him. The other interesting thing is that Rachel called Jacob’s last son Benoni but Jacob changed his name to Benjamin “just like The Lord will give us a New Name!!!”


I want to show you something ONLY GOD could do.  Let’s look at what Benoni and Benjamin mean according to Strong’s Concordance.


Benoni- Son of my sorrow 

Benjamin- Son of The Right Hand!!!!


Here’s the meaning of Jacob’s 12 sons in the birth order 

  1. Reuben-  The Lord has looked at my affliction
  2. Simeon- The Lord has heard that I was hated
  3. Levi- My husband will be joined to me now “The Lord is called Israel’s Husband in Isaiah 54:5 and in Hosea 2:7”
  4. Judah- Praise The Lord 
  5. Dan- God has judged me and heard me.
  6. Naphtali- with great wrestling I have prevailed 
  7. Gad- a troop cometh 
  8. Asher- Happy and Blessed am I 
  9. Issachar- God hath given me my hire “hire means reward”
  10. Zebulun- God hath endued “means endured” me with a good dowry “the root of dowry also means endured” now will my husband dwell with me “remember that The Lord is called Israel’s husband”

Now look at the tribes listed in Revelation 7:3-8 

Rev 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God intheir foreheads.

Rev 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and fourthousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Rev 7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

Rev 7:6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelvethousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

Rev 7:7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.

Rev 7:8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelvethousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand

Revelation 7 order 

  1. Juda(h)
  2. Reuben 
  3. Gad 
  4. As(h)er 
  5. Nephalim “Naphtali”
  6. Manasses “Replaces Dan)
  7. Simeon 
  8. Levi
  9. Issachar 
  10. Zabulun “Zebulun”
  11. Joseph 
  12. Benjamin 

As you can see Dan is not listed, and the tribe of Manasses and added and  the 12 tribes are listed out of birth order which is interesting, and I believe there is a reason for this.  


If Dan was included and the 12 tribes were listed in Birth Order....this is the message that we would have. 


The Lord has looked at my affliction, The Lord has heard that I was hated, My husband (The Lord) will be joined to me now.

Praise The Lord,  God has judged me and heard me. With great wrestling I have prevailed 

A troop cometh....happy and blessed am I.

God hath given me my reward, hath endured and The Lord will dwell with me.

God shall add to me (The Son of His Right Hand!!!!


The problem with this message is that this phrase “along with others” doesn’t make sense.....Praise The Lord,  God has judged me and heard me. With great wrestling I have prevailed  A troop cometh, happy and blessed am I


Huh.....why would you say that you’re happy and blessed when a troop is coming after you?


Now here’s what the message would be if Jacob’s final son would have kept the name Benoni which means “Son of my sorrow”


The Lord has looked at my affliction, The Lord has heard that I was hated, My husband (The Lord) will be joined to me now.

Praise The Lord,  God has judged me and heard me. With great wrestling I have prevailed 

A troop cometh....happy and blessed am I.

God hath given me my reward, hath endured and The Lord will dwell with me.

God shall add to me (The Son of my sorrow)


That’s even more discouraging than the first one 🤔


Let’s find the meaning of Joseph’s son Manasses so we can do it in the order given in Revelation 7.


Genesis 41: 50-51

Gen 41:50 And unto Joseph were born two sons before the years of famine came,  which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bare unto him.

Gen 41:51 And Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh: For God, said he, hath made me forget all my toil, and all my father's house

Manasses- God hath made me forget my toil.


Judah- Praise The Lord 

Reuben- He has looked at my affliction 

Gad- A troop cometh

Asher- Happy and Blessed am I 

Naphtali- with great wrestling I have prevailed 

Manasses- God hath made me forget my toil.

Simeon- The Lord has heard that I was hated

Levi- My husband will be joined to me now

Issachar- God will reward me.

Zebulun- God endured with me 

Joseph-  God shall add to me (the)

Benjamin- Son of His Right Hand!!!!


If you go 3 tribes per statement.....you get 4 great statements and 1 amazing phrase.


CHECK IT OUT!!!!


Praise The Lord, He has looked at my affliction, A troop cometh 


Happy and blessed am I, with great wrestling I have prevailed, God hath made me forget my toil.


The Lord has heard that I was hated.  My husband will be joined to me now. God will reward me.


God endured with me...God shall add to me (the) Son of His Right Hand!!!!


How Cool Is That.....keep in mind that this looks like a VICTORIOUS PICTURE of the Israelites who will survive the 7 year tribulation.    


Believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior TODAY.....we never know when our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is returning. These events will be horrible, and I wouldn’t wish them on anyone.


Romans 10: 9-10 says....”9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.


Eternity awaits for you......do you know where you will spend it???

Kenya March update

 Hello brethren and friends.....this has been an exciting and amazing thirty days in this part of the world 🙏🙏🙏 With all of the amazing things that the Lord has done over the last 30 days we could easily occupy the entire Wednesday night church service.... but because I know there’s other missionaries that you will be reading letters for.....
