Romans 8-12 Summary

 Our Good News from God ministry team recently finished a 11 week study from Romans 8-12 with our Pakistani Friends in Multan, Pakistan.

It started on Thursday July 8th, and we completed the study on Thursday September 16th and it was such a blessing. 🙏🙏🙏

After we completed this 11 week study I put a short summary of the message that I believe the Apostle Paul intended to convey through these 5 chapters.

Here’s the summary I put together......Good News from God Romans 8-12 summary.

Once you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior.....you are not condemned by God for your sins.

God has a purpose for you once you believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior which will bring glory to God.....don’t be discouraged by God’s purpose for your life....be excited about it and remember that it’s going to be horrible for those who refuse to believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior.

We cannot be saved by trying to keep the Law of God through our righteous deeds. We can only receive Salvation and forgiveness of sins by believing that Jesus Christ died and rose again to pay for our sins.

Even though God chose Israel to be the Nation that would produce the Messiah, being an Israelite doesn’t guarantee them Salvation. They still have to trust that Jesus Christ died and was resurrected to receive forgiveness of sins. 

Even though a majority of Israel lives in unbelief to this day....remember that God still has a plan for unbelieving Israel in the future.

As a new creation in Christ....we should be a good example of what our Savior wants us to be so more people will believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior and join us in Heaven with the Lord.....FOREVER!!!!


After I sent this to the person who organizes the Thursday night study he translated it to Urdu which is the language that they speak there.  Here’s the translation in Urdu.

رومیوں 8-12 کا خلاصہ۔

ایک بار جب آپ نے یسوع مسیح کو اپنا نجات دہندہ مان لیا ..... آپ کو خدا آپ کے گناہوں کی سزا نہیں دیتا۔

ایک بار جب آپ یسوع مسیح کو اپنا نجات دہندہ مان لیں گے تو خدا آپ کے لیے ایک مقصد رکھتا ہے جو خدا کو جلال دے گا ..... اپنی زندگی کے لیے خدا کے مقصد سے مایوس نہ ہوں .... اس کے بارے میں پرجوش رہیں اور یاد رکھیں کہ یہ جا رہا ہے ان لوگوں کے لیے خوفناک ہونا جو یسوع مسیح کو اپنا نجات دہندہ ماننے سے انکار کرتے ہیں۔

ہم اپنے نیک اعمال کے ذریعے خدا کے قانون کو برقرار رکھنے کی کوشش کر کے محفوظ نہیں ہو سکتے۔ ہم صرف یہ مان کر نجات اور گناہوں کی معافی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں کہ یسوع مسیح مر گیا اور ہمارے گناہوں کی ادائیگی کے لیے دوبارہ جی اٹھا۔

اگرچہ خدا نے اسرائیل کو قوم بننے کے لیے منتخب کیا جو مسیحا پیدا کرے گا ، بنی اسرائیل ہونے کے ناطے ان کی نجات کی ضمانت نہیں ہے۔ انہیں اب بھی بھروسہ کرنا ہے کہ یسوع مسیح مر گیا اور گناہوں کی معافی حاصل کرنے کے لیے دوبارہ زندہ کیا گیا۔

اگرچہ اسرائیل کی اکثریت آج تک کفر میں رہتی ہے .... یاد رکھو کہ خدا کے پاس مستقبل میں بھی کافر اسرائیل کے لیے ایک منصوبہ ہے۔

مسیح میں ایک نئی تخلیق کے طور پر .... ہمیں اس بات کی ایک اچھی مثال بننی چاہیے کہ ہمارا نجات دہندہ ہم سے کیا چاہتا ہے تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ لوگ یسوع مسیح کو اپنا نجات دہندہ مانیں اور ہمیں خداوند کے ساتھ جنت میں شامل کریں ..... ہمیشہ کے لیے! !!!

Romans 10:9-10 says ”That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”


Jesus Christ verifies this through a prophecy that He made in John 14:6.... “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”


Salvation, forgiveness of sins, and eternity with God cannot come through ANY OTHER NAME BUT JESUS CHRIST!!!!


The Apostle Peter confirms this in Acts 4:12 when he says “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Kenya March update
