Days 2 and 3- Good News From God Bible Study Genesis to Revelation

Here’s the notes from days 2 and 3 of creation

Good News From God Ministries Bible Study Genesis to Revelation.

Genesis: The Book Of Beginnings

Day 2- Monday Genesis 1:6-8

“The only day that God did not bless.....WHY???”

6 “And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.”

The waters under heaven were separated from the waters above heaven where we get rain now.

I believe that this day was not declared good or blessed because of the flood that would take place in Noah’s day if you look at Genesis 9:9-15 you’ll see a covenant God made with Noah and ALL OF THE EARTH!!!!

Genesis 9:9-16.....”9 And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;

10 And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

11 And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.

12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

If we believe that Satan was on earth at this time God knew that there would be a flood, so I believe that’s why God didn’t bless the second day.

**********COOL FACT**********

When do you believe the clouds were created do you believe they were created during the seven days of creation???

For years I believed that the clouds were created during the seven day creation until I read what the Bible says about clouds.

You do not see clouds mentioned once in the Bible until after the flood in Noah’s day. Read Genesis 9:14 carefully....”14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:”

Another cool fact about clouds is that they were a symbol of the presence of God in The Bible. Here’s some examples.

Exodus 13:21-22.....”21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:

22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.

Exodus 24:16-18.....”And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud. And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel. And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.”

Exodus 40:34.....”Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.”

Without the cloud in Genesis 9 we would not be able to see the rainbow, and as you see in these Bible verses clouds represent the presence of God so if you ever feel like God is away from you just remember the clouds and that they are a symbol of the presence of God. AMEN 🙏🙏🙏

**********************************

Day Three- Tuesday Genesis 1:9-13 “The Day Of Double Blessing”....... “And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.”

Earth is created “Pangea: means All Lands” when the Earth was originally created it was one giant earth mass until after the Flood.  If you look at a map of the world you can see how the earth looks like giant puzzle pieces that all were connected before the Flood.

Seas are officially named by God!!!

Grass, herb-bearing seed, and Fruit appear.  Do you think there’s a connection between this day and this passage in Mark which concludes the parable of the sower and the seed that Jesus Christ gave???

Mark 4:8.....”And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.”

The Seas......Could there be a connection to these two storms and the day of double blessing???

Matthew 8:23-32

23 Now when He got into a boat, His disciples followed Him. 24 And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. 25 Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”

26 But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. 27 So the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

Look where they were headed in verses 28 to 32

28....When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. 29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?”

30 Now a good way off from them there was a herd of many swine feeding. 31 So the demons begged Him, saying, “If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine.”

32 And He said to them, “Go.” So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and perished in the water.

Matthew 14:21-33 “Right after the feeding of the 5000”

21 And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

22 And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.

25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.

31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.”

Were these two storms attacks that God allowed Satan to do so Jesus Christ God in the flesh could show his power over Satan???

Two blessings of God attempted to be overturned by two attacks by Satan.

Interesting prophecy here in Luke 22:28-30.....” 28 Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.

29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”

Jesus Christ prophesied that the 12 disciples will judge the 12 tribes of Israel. If the disciples die they would fail to fulfill God‘s prophecy here.

GOD PROPHECIES ARE ALWAYS FULFILLED!!!!!

Satan has always wanted God to fail and that is what Satan‘s mission has always been for God to Fail...but God will not fail.

Satan was defeated at the cross and those who believe in Jesus Christ for Salvation will have their sins forgiven and live with Him forever!!!!

Romans 10:9-10.....”9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
