Kenya April Update
Hey brethren and friends March was an amazing month and we all want to thank you for all of your prayers thoughts and support.....they mean more than you know 🙏🙏🙏🙏
As we have been getting back in “The swing of things” we have had our fair share of obstacles....but it’s nothing that God can’t handle 😎 Our friend Joe is continuing to grow in his faith as a New Believer in Jesus Christ and it is encouraging to witness his spiritual growth!!!
About a week and a half ago I was talking to Joe and he told me how Jesus Christ is different than what he thought when he was a Muslim. He told me that Jesus is very loving and a lot of the gaps about who Jesus is are starting to be filled with the truth that can only be found in God’s Word and it is such a blessing to be able to encourage him on his new journey as a believer in Jesus Christ as his Savior....and the destination is a lot better than where he was headed if he didn’t believe in Jesus Christ as his Savior!!!
For all of you who have been praying and showing your support for Senga and his family....those prayers are greatly appreciated.
This is a very important and exciting month as we continue to pray for his family so they can get to America soon. Senga’s family was told that they will be in America some time in the month of April....but no date was given and as soon as we get the date we will be the first to let you know when his family is arriving to America!!!
In the meantime we continue to ask for your prayers for Senga’s family so that everything goes smooth for them.
We have had some tough situations to deal with because of this coronavirus and just to name a couple of the things we would like you to pray for us about
We would appreciate your prayers that the churches are able to meet like normal again. The President of Kenya suspended all church gatherings of 30 people or more until further notice, and he put in place a curfew from 8 PM to 4 AM. There are some churches that would like me to preach out here, but unfortunately with these restrictions we are very limited and even though we have tried to do things online with zoom and other things...some people don’t have great Internet out here so they are unable to join the entire meeting. We hope that we will be able to do church gatherings like normal again soon so please keep that in your prayers.
Also the curfew is a little bit of a hindrance because sometimes I might be in an area of Kenya where it takes longer than an hour to get back so an 8 o’clock curfew causes meetings that would go for a certain period of time to be cut short. So we would appreciate your prayers about that as well.
At the same time we have a lot to be grateful for 😎 we are witnessing how God is using our good news from God ministries to reach out in the Middle East and encourage our friend Joe who is a new believer in Christ we also are grateful for everybody in our ministry team that is helping out and we do what we can to help them thanks to your support, but we understand that right now we are building a strong foundation and that is the most important thing in this ministry.
Next month I’ll be going to the Kenyan embassy and they told me that they will give me a one-year extension on my visa so that is very exciting to me knowing that I’ll be able to remain in Kenya until March 2022.... but I do miss you guys and I appreciate your prayers thoughts and support.
With the hindrances that have come our way to get out and preach like we would like and like we have been doing we are focused on the services that were recorded in Pakistan and getting them on DVDs so that people can be blessed by them and be encouraged to see all the people in Pakistan that love the Lord and trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior!!!
We continue to be thankful for all of you who are keeping us in your prayers and thoughts....and we ask you all to continue to keep us in your prayers as we have a very exciting month ahead for our ministry team right now!!!!
God bless you all,
Your brother in Christ,
Ron Jr.
Good News From God Ministry Team!!!!!
