Reaching Out And Sharing The Gospel With our Muslim Friends Part 1

It has been a little while since I’ve posted the last blog here, but there is some very important information that I believe will be useful to followers of Jesus Christ as they share the gospel with Muslims in their area.

A lot of people here in the West have a certain view of Muslims that is not exactly what  they are being told.

I will be the first to admit that I used to have a certain view of Muslims and Islam is a whole until I started realizing that most Muslims have a deep resentment for any sort of radical Islamic Terrorism.

Over the past 2 to 3 years God has really opened up my eyes to what Muslims are dealing with spiritually and I’m very grateful for that.

One thing that I think is important to say upfront is that radical Islamic terrorism is a reality and it is a real threat....not only western civilization but all across the world.

With that being said we have to understand that this element that exists within Islam represents a very small percentage of Muslims in the world.

I sincerely hope that as you read this blog you can put any preconceived notion you may have about Muslims to the side and appreciate the information that I’m sharing in this blog!!!

I remember when Jesus Christ himself said that we should 
1) Love the Lord our God with all of our heart soul mind and Spirit.......AND 

2) Love our neighbors as ourselves.

I am truly thankful to God for giving me the opportunity to not only share the Gospel with all of you here in America and other countries as well, but also to  have the ability to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Nairobi Kenya with Muslims out there.

Either way it is important for us as followers of Jesus Christ who also be as wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

One thing I will share with you all is that Kenya is right below Sudan which is a Muslim majority nation and the radical Islamic group Al Shabbab has come down into Nairobi from time to time.

It is not that hard to see them coming a mile away if they ever do approach which I have not seen yet.

Not only do they have the shahada “what a person recites from their heart to become a Muslim” written on a cloth wrapped around their head when they enter...but from everything I’ve heard they make a whole Lotta noise even before they even get near people in the areas that people live in.

I say all that just to reinforce that they are not hard to spot and know that they are approaching. 

On the same note I believe that it’s a bad thing to condemn an entire group of people for the actions of a small percentage within that group or religion.

Even here in the west we have seen that there is a very small percentage of police officers that are not good but at the same time we do not condemn all police officers because of the reckless and horrible actions of a very small percentage of them.

Jesus Christ is right at the door of the hearts of every person in the world that is not a believer in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior yet.

Kenya March update
